Concerns about IoT and supporting Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) and infrastructure have led to significant enacted legislation and regulations and plans to enact further measures. While jurisdictions may differ in their approaches and underlying philosophies the impacts are nevertheless world-wide, driven by the practical response of businesses to market dynamics, market size, and the manifestation of legislation in the standards and practices affecting IoT. Presenter: Dr. Adam Drobot

Dr. Drobot is the Chairman of the Board of OpenTechWorks, Inc. His activities are strategic consulting, start-ups, non-profits, and industry associations. He serves on the Boards of multiple early-stage companies. These include Stealth Software Technologies Inc. which specializes in cybersecurity, secure computing, and privacy.
